WHAT ARE THE USUAL DELIVERY TIMES?

For all Pre-Order products ordered today the expected dispatch date is: 

NOVEMBER 30TH

It can take up to 12 weeks* to produce the item (please check the product description of each product page for the estimated dispatch date). On top you have to calculate the shipping times as listed below.

  • Within Germany: 5-7 working days*, from the moment it has been shipped.
  • Within Europe: 7-10 working days*, from the moment it has been shipped. 
  • Norway and Switzerland: 10-14 working days*, from the moment it has been shipped. 
  • International: 10-14 working days*, from the moment it has been shipped. 

  • *All information about delivery times depend on political conditions in the respective countries. Therefore it can come to substantial delays in delivery.

    • Starting from an order of 100.00 € the shipping is free within Germany.
    • Within Germany: 5.90 € (incl. Insurance, tracking and tracing)
    EUROPE
    • Starting from an order of 200.00 € the shipping is free within Europe.
    • Within Europe: 11.90 € (incl. Insurance, tracking and tracing)

  • Starting from an order of 220.00 € the shipping is free to Switzerland.
  • Switzerland: 15.90 € (incl. Insurance, tracking and tracing)
  • REST OF THE WORLD
    ALL THE COUNTRIES THAT ARE NOT LISTED ABOVE
    • Starting from an order of 250.00 € the shipping is free Worldwide.
    • Worldwide: 21.90 € (without Insurance, without tracking and tracing) 
    Please be aware that this is only for the outgoing shipment, you are responsible for the return shipment and any kind of import taxes that might apply.


    WHAT DELIVERY COMPANIES ARE WE WORKING WITH?

      PACABAMBA S.A.C. (www.pacabamba.com) sends orders within Europe with DHL Germany Go Green. Once your product is dispatched you will receive a notification and tracking number from DHL.  

      WHAT TO DO IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS HAS CHANGED?

        If your shipping address has changed and this affects an already placed order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been sent out yet, we’re able to modify the shipping address details. In case the order has already been sent out, we will have to wait until it’s returned to our warehouse in order to send it out again to the correct address. 

        WHAT DELIVERY LOCATIONS CAN I CHOOSE?

          You have the option to get your order delivered to your personal home address, but you can of course also choose your work address. 

          If you go for the last option, just add the name of your company and the name of the recipient in the extra field.

          HOW CAN I TRACK MA PARCEL?

            For orders are sent through DHL, the carrier will send you an email once they’ve picked up your parcel and provide you with the tracking information. Here you can follow all steps of your delivery. Please make sure to be updated as the carrier might not leave a note in your letterbox if they attempted a delivery or left your parcel in a pick up point. (Also check your Spam folder for information as the carrier is not obliged to leave a note in the letterbox anymore since this online tracking exists.)

            UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

              In case your parcel was not able to be delivered (because of your absence or in the case that the carrier was not able to find the address), it will be placed at a DHL Pick-up point for a certain time. In case it is not picked up by you within 10 working days, the parcel will be returned to sender (our warehouse in Germany). In this case we will have to wait until the parcel reaches us again, to be able to resend it to you one more time after making sure that all the data we have is correct.
