Right of Withdrawal / Returns (B2B)

This online shop is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B), in particular retailers and resellers.  
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business customers.

Orders placed via this shop are binding. A return, cancellation or withdrawal from the contract is only possible by individual agreement with the respective contractual partner.

If a return is agreed upon, the conditions (in particular return address, time limits, condition of goods and cost allocation) will be defined individually between the contractual partners.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise:
– return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer  
– goods must be returned unused and in their original condition  

Custom-made, personalized or preorder products are generally excluded from return.

This policy does not affect statutory warranty rights applicable to business customers.
