Shipping & Delivery Policy (B2B)
This online shop is intended exclusively for registered business customers (B2B), in particular retailers and resellers.
All prices shown are net prices and do not include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

1. Delivery Area
Delivery is available within Germany, to member states of the European Union, and to countries outside the European Union.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT, handling fees or other charges may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged as flat rates per order, unless otherwise agreed.
Deliveries within Germany:
– Flat shipping rate: EUR 7.50 net per order
Deliveries within the European Union:
– Flat shipping rate: EUR 25.00 net per order
Deliveries outside the European Union:
– Shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated during the order process or confirmed separately.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process or confirmed by the respective contractual partner.

3. Delivery Programs
Our product range is divided into two delivery programs:
### Preorder Program
Retail partners have the option to place preorders between January and the end of February
Delivery of preorder items takes place mid to end of August.
During the preorder period, inventory levels per item are not displayed in the online shop.
Preorders can be placed via the online shop and are subject to individual agreements between the contractual partners.

### Immediate Delivery Program
From mid of August onwards, selected products are available for immediate delivery from stock.
These products are offered exclusively while stocks last. Inventory levels shown in the online shop reflect the currently available stock and are subject to change.
Once a product is marked as available for immediate delivery in the online shop, it can be ordered as long as sufficient stock is available. Due to limited production quantities, availability cannot be guaranteed beyond the displayed stock level.
We generally produce slightly higher quantities; however, products are only available for sale while supplies last.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are as follows:
– Deliveries within Germany: 3–5 working days after order confirmation
– Deliveries within the European Union: 5–7 working days after order confirmation
– Deliveries outside the European Union: delivery times are communicated individually
In the case of agreed advance payment, delivery times apply from the date of payment receipt.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Combined Shipments
If an order includes items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
In such cases, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

5. Payment Terms
The following payment method is available for deliveries within Germany, the European Union and countries outside the European Union:

Payment terms and due dates are defined individually between the contractual partners.

6. Contractual Partner
Depending on the product purchased, the contractual partner is either Pacabamba OÜ or Mariposa Fair Trade.
For products sold under the “Mariposa” brand, shipping and invoicing are handled by:

7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities or service providers.

Self-collection of goods is not possible.
